I help government and GovCon leaders build trust through better delivery. Since 2010, I’ve been managing, mentoring, and coaching delivery in GovCon—strengthening leadership, team health, and operating practices within the realities of government.

Previously: Managing Director, DHS Programs. Accountable for delivery, P&L, client relationships, and organizational health across a $42M annual USCIS and CBP portfolio with 140+ staff.
My private-sector experience spans very small businesses through a billion-dollar company. Across those environments, I’ve led programs, mentored leaders, and helped organizations connect strategy to meaningful outcomes.

SELECTED RESULTS · DHS PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
Led capture efforts that secured the $118M RAPID contract at USCIS.
Exceeded revenue targets and improved team health from 3.37 to 4.27 in six months.
Maintained 97% staffing and received “Exceptional” CPARs from 2023–2025.
Led cross-vendor USCIS modernization using One Team principles and oversaw 220+ weekly myUSCIS deployments.
I advised client leaders on strategic direction, organizational structure, and data-driven decisions; championed UX research and outcome alignment; and founded a Strategic Consulting Community of Practice. Mentoring emerging leaders and coaching product-driven ways of working were central to the role.

Yes, I make Christmas rap video parodies. Now in its eighth year, the tradition has somehow become “a thing.” Friends, colleagues, and clients start asking months before Christmas—and I genuinely enjoy creating something that makes people smile.

The roles that matter most.
Outside of work, I’m a husband, dad, and now “Pop Pop”—a role I’m convinced is even better than advertised. Coaching my sons’ baseball and football teams and cheering on my daughter at countless competitions shaped how I think about leadership, teamwork, and what really matters.
